NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT EXTENSION
SUBJECT: MCUP 08-20-TILT #94

This notice is to inform you that MCUP 08-20 located at 2525 El Camino Real and originally conditioned
to expire on May 22, 2014, is hereby extended in perpetuity by the City Planner pursuant to Section
21.42.110(D) of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. While the Minor Conditional Use Permit (MCUP) no
longer has an expiration date, the MCUP will continue to be reviewed by the Planning Division on an
annual basis to ensure continued compliance with the terms and conditions of the permit. If at any time
the Division determines that the use may be out of compliance with the terms and conditions of the
MCUP, it retains the right to review this action and recommend that the approval be reconsidered.
In reaching this decision, the Planning Division has inspected the site for compliance with all of the
conditions of approval for MCUP 08-20 contained in the approval letter dated May 26, 2009. The site
was found to be in compliance with the conditions of approval.
