and permit approvals to ensure Sprint's ability to construct, operate and modify unmanned wireless
communications facilities. This authorization shall not be construed as a commitment of any type, and
all final terms will be subject to Sprint's approval.

As an authorized agent on behalf of permit holder Sprint, this letter serves as a request to
extend MCUP 09-03 -Pilgrim Church PCS Facility. Sprint is seeking this renewal for the continued
operation of the existing wireless telecommunications facility, located at 2020 Chestnut Avenue,
Carlsbad, CA 92008.
The facility was approved via MCUP 09-03 -Pilgrim Church on May 4 ,2009. It is my
understanding that a written request for extension is all that is required to renew these entitlements.
