3. REVIEW CODE COMPLAINT HISTORY (CODE ENFORCEMENT, POLICE,
FIRE, ETC).
4. CONTACT APPLICANT (OR OWNER) AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
FOR THE REVIEW.
