Description/Explanation: The proposed project involves the temporary parking of Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara employees while they are working. The employees will be shuttled via shuttle van from the Hawthorne Lot to and from the Four Seasons Residence Club site. Approximately 133 vehicles can be accommodated on the Hawthorne Lot.
