CARLSBAD MASTER PLAN PACESETTER ANNEXATION This project will consist of two types of residential units. One of a four-pi ex nature and the second of single family attached units. Both products will have fenced, private areas and open common areas. The private areas will be maintained by the individual owners and the common areas will be maintained by a Home Owner's Association. It is proposed, at this time, to develop the project as an air space condominium. It is estimated that it will take 2 1/2 to 3 years to complete the project. 1. Drainage: Per City Master Plan of Drainage. 2. Sewage: Sewage will be disposed of by means of an off-site main line to be extended northerly to Palomar Airport Road at which point it will discharge into an existing 21" trunk sewer belonging to the Buena Sanitation District. 3. Water Supply: Water supply to be by the Carlsbad Municipal Water District. 4. Cable T.V.: None available at this time. 5. Gas and Electric: ' By San Diego Gas and Electric Company. 6.
