The Planning Commi ssion-,. a£.~ i ts regularly scheduled meeting of Octo-
ber 9, 1973, was informed of the Council's decision to grant the
subject appeal. The Commission was apprised that the appeal was
granted for the following reasons:
1. The subject project would conform to the density recom-
mendations of the existing General Plan if the residential
densities were established at 7 d.u. per net acre.
The Planning Commission, by Minute Motion, adopted the following posi
tion :
1. That the applicant agree to the condition restricting
his development to 7 d.u. per net acre thus conforming to
the General Plan;
2. That this revision of the Master Plan be submitted to
the Planning Commission for their review prior to re-
submittal to the City Council.
