NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the
City of Carlsbad, California will hold a Public Hearing on November 27,
1973 at 7:30 P.M.' in the Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California, to consider the following matter:

CASE NO: MP-.132
application filed by PACESETTER HOMES, INC., requesting approval of
a Master Plan to allow approx. 400 single family residential and
condominium units on 60 acres of land located easterly of Lowder
Lane, midway between Palomar Airport Road and Poinsettia Lane, and
more particularly described as:
That portion of the West Half of Section 21,
Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian in the County of San Diego,
State of California .
Those persons desiring to comment on this proposal are cordially
invited to attend the public hearing.
