Our district has reviewed the proposed approximate 1,250 unit
residential development generally located' north of Poinsettia Lane
and east of Carlsbad Boulevard as referenced above and have
evaluated the impact of that development on the facilities of our
district. . '

school facilities and services will be available concurrent with
need for this development as it is presently proposed.
