Subject: City Approval EIS-197, SP-135, CT 73-23
Gentlemen:
The purpose of this letter is to seek approval of the above Subject
Tract, Site Plan, and Environmental Impact Statement by the City
of Carlsbad.
It is our understanding that these items have already been approved
by the Planning Commission and need only the approval of the City
Council. We now ask that these items be placed upon an agenda,
as soon as possible, for City Council action.
I might add that an agreement has been reached with the Carlsbad
Unified School District concerning school facilities (see attached
letter).
If you have any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate
to call me.
