Subject: City Approval EIS-197, SP-135, CT 73-23
Your letter dated July 2, 1974 concerning the processing
of the above referenced project has been turned over to
the Planning Department for information.
The City has been negotiating an Agreement with Occidental
Land Inc. for participation in the future construction of
the Poinsettia Bridge railroad overcrossing, which has now
been finalized. Since the development of Occidental Land
is dependent on meeting these obligations in connection
with the bridge, we must hold further processing of devel-
plans until the Agreement has been signed.
