This will advise that Occidental Petroleum Land And Development Corporation
is the fee owner of the property described in the subject of this letter. Please
accept this letter as notice to you to quit and deliver possession of the premises
and remove all billboard signs erected by you on the premises at the expiration
of 30 days from and after receipt by you of this letter.
This is intended as a 30 day notice to quit. This is also a demand upon you
for the immediate payment of all past due rent from October 1970 through
the termination date.
