NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad
will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue,
Carlsbad, California, at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 27, 1982, to
consider approval of deletion of Master Plan, MP-133, on property generally
located on the northeast corner of Interstate 5, 1-5, and Poinsettia Lane,
east and west of Paseo del Norte, the southeast corner of 1-5 and
Poinsettia Lane, the southwest corner of 1-5 and Poinsettia Lane, west of
Carlsbad Boulevard, and the northwest corner of 1-5 and Poinsettia Lane,
west of Carlsbad Boulevardj deletion of Specific Plan, SP-7, on property
generally located on the northwest, southwest and southeast corners of 1-5
and Poinsettia Lane; approval of a Specific Plan and a Tentative Subdivi-
sion map on the northwest corner of 1-5 and Poinsettia Lane, east of
Avenida Encinas? approval of a Zone Change from C-2 to C-2-Q, a Site Devel-
opment Plan and Tentative Subdivision Map on property generally located on
the southwest corner of 1-5 and Poinsettia Lane, east of Avenida Encinas;
and approval of a Zone Change from C-2 to C-2-Q on property generally
located on the southeast corner of 1-5 and Poinsettia Lane (please see
map), and more particularly described as:
Portions of Sections 28 and 29, Township 12 South,
Range 4 West.
