CARRILLO P-C (Master Plan) STAFF REPORT CONDITIONS
A. The developer has offered to dedicate the Carrillo Ranch
house to the City of Carlsbad as part of a 10 acre community
park and historic site. Specific details concerning said
dedication shall be agreed upon between the City and the
developer prior to first phase specific plan approval.
B. Dedication and development of said community park shall be
in conformance with City Ordinance No. 9190 pertaining
to parks dedication or payment of fees in lieu.
