Dear Mr. Bussey:
At our meeting on March 4, 1974, we discussed possible pro-
visions of the lease that the City might enter into with Marie
Antoinette Carrillo Delpy.with respect to the Carrillo Ranch park
site. Pursuant to the discussion at that meeting, we enclose a
list of the provisions that we believe should appear in said lease,
It is our understanding that you will present this proposal to the
City Council at the meeting scheduled for March 19, 1974.
