Dear Mr. Agatep:
In response to the letter dated August 8, 1974 from Dana Hield,
the owners of the Carrillo Ranch request that Paragraph (4), Section
3 of Ordinance No. 9332 (as amended by Section 1 of Ordinance No.
9365), concerning the Carrillo Ranch Master Plan be considered to be
met because of the following advancements made by Carrillo Ranch
prior to the one year date:
(a) Agreement with the City wherein Parcel K, the park site,
is to be deeded free and clear to the City in accordance with the
park requirement formula.
(b) Advancement by Ponderosa Homes with regard to its Specific
Plan for development of 100 acres in Parcel G, originally part of
the Carrillo Ranch master plan.
We will appreciate hearing from you at your early convenience
regarding your position in this matter.
