NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City
of Carlsbad did adopt Resolution of Intention No. 95 announcing their
intention to hold a Public Hearing on September 11, 1973 at 7:30 P.M.
in the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California.
Said Public Hearing will be held to consider recommending to the City
Council an Amendment to City Council Resolution No. 2083, to add specific
conditions of approval which would tie the master plan for CARRILLO RANCH
(MASTER PLAN NO. 139) , to the development that was considered as a part
of the original approval, said property generally located on the southerly
side of Palomar Airport Road and easterly of El Camino Real, further
described on file in the Planning Department of the City of Carlsbad.
All those persons desiring to comment on this proposed amendment
to the Carrillo Rancho Master Plan No. 139, are cordially invited to attend
the Public Hearing.
