Please return the corrected copies by September llth. The corrections needed are: 1. Each applicant should describe the type of development that will occur in their area - ie. what the Master Plan will allow. (See Hamilton & Tarnutzer PFF for example) 2. Carrillo Rancho Partnership has a title report showing Hamilton and Tarnutzer as owner. Who owns the property? 3. The ownership map must be attached to each agreement as an appendix. 4. Carrillo Associates are not mentioned in any title report. This must be clarified. 5. The Woodward/Aetna PFF must bear the clause noted in green ink on the power of attorney. Otherwise the signature of Woodward is invalid. 6. The use of a corporate notary on the Woodward/Aetna PFF must be clarified. Also a notary for Woodward as the attorney for Aetna must be clarified. 7. The DAON PFF needs "Exhibit A", a legal description.
