NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad
will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue,
Carlsbad, California, at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 9, 1981, to
consider approval of Master Plan Amendment 139(A), Rancho Carrillo on
property generally located on Palomar Airport Road and Melrose Avenue
(future street) and more particularly described as:
758 acres bounded on north by Carlsbad Raceway; east by
unincorporated county; south by La Costa and west by county
unincorporated "Bressi Ranch."
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to
