Project includes a maximum of 2998 dwelling units, 2 school sites, 70 acres of planned industrial, neighborhood commercial uses and 139 acres of open space. Project Address/Location: Rancho Carrillo, Palomar Airport Road. The City made the following determinations regarding the environmental impact of the above described project: 1. An Environmental Impact report was prepared for this project pursuant to the provisions of CEQA.
