Please be advised that BELSAN INVESTMENT COMPANY, INC.,
SANDRU INVESTMENT COMPANY, INC. and RUBEL INVESTMENT COMPANY,
INC., owners of real property in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, commonly known as the Carlsbad Raceway, hereby
announce their intention to appeal the decision rendered by
the Carlsbad City Council at their meeting on or about
January 17, 1984 to alter the General Plan and change the
routing of Palomar Airport Road.
