SUBJECT: MS 01-10 PACIFIC BREEZE
Application for the above Minor Subdivision has been on file since January 2000.
Notification was given on October 9, 2001 that the application for a minor
subdivision was incomplete along with a list of items/information needed to
complete the application. On October 17, 2006, notification was given that since
no response or activity has occurred to date, the application for a Condominium
Permit and Minor Subdivision will be withdrawn if no response is received by
November 3, 2006. The City has not received a response. Therefore, this letter is
notification that MS 01-10 is hereby withdrawn as of the date of this letter. A
refund will be processed for any unused processing fees. A separate withdrawal
letter for the Condominium Permit is forthcoming from the Planning Department.
