My design and engineering team have been waiting for the El Camino Real road widening project to be completed so that they can finalize the plans and complete the Final Map and Landscape plans. The Final Map is ready to be submitted on mylars and we have the El Camino Real streetscape landscaping plans submitted for review. The requested extension for the Tentative Map will allow time to get the landscape plans approved and the Final Map signed and recorded. Thank you for considering my request. Sincerely, Guy Oliver
