Whereas the requireaants of the Califomia EnvironiBental Quality Act aad the
City of Carlsbad BRViroraaental Protectiim Ordinance of 1973 mlating to the
sul}ject pressed parcel mp have been exaadmd by the Pluming Director and
declared to have a nonsignificant iapact upon the wwironiaent; and idiereas
ne^tive findings delineated by Section 20.24.130 of the Carlsbad Municipal Cod
Code have not beah aade; aid whereas this adnor sijfcdivision is found to be
in conformity with the Qmeral Plan of the City of Carlsbad; therefore, a
final decision has bem laade to approve the subject tentative parcel map
subject to the following conditions:
1. All structures within this subdivision shall be omstructed to »eet
