County of San Diego, State of California, recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County on April 23, 1963, being more particularly describ.ed
as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of said Lot23; thence along the Northwesterly
line of said Lot 23 North 42°03'07" East 108.61 feet to the most Northeast
corner thereof; thence along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 23 South 47°
36'30" East 60.00 feet to the most Southeasterly corner thereof; thence along
the Southeasterly line of said Lot 23 South 56°32'00" West 101.63 feet to. the
most Southwesterly corner thereof, said point also being a point on the arc
