governing body.

as disclosed by deed recorded September 18, 1944 in Book 1745
Page 197 Official Records, has been omitted under the provisions
of Section 66436-c-(1) of the Subdivision Map Act, inasmuch'as
such interest cannot ripen into a fee and said signature is not
required by the governing body.
The property referenced by this Guarantee is desc~ibed as follows:
