DEFINITION OF TERMS
The following terms when used In this Guarantee mean:

7. SUBROGATION UPON PAYMENT OR-SETTLEMENT"":
Whenever t/>e Company shall have settled a claini under this
Guarantee, all right at subrogation shall vest in the Company

Assured would have had against any person ,or property in
