Office Building APPLICANT: Bert Freehof The applicant proposes to relocate the building to the adjacent parcel. The building will be used for the same purpose as its current use -- R-P office use. The need to relocate results from the new site development for Jack- in-the-Box. The relocation affords the opportunity to remodel the new site, which is immediately north of the Carlsbad Community Center -- and will be done in keeping with the "Village" theme. The new site for the building has adequate sewer allocations (it has 2 sewer hookups) for the proposed change and due to the close proximity of the existing location of the building, the environmental impact is virtually negligible -- and in fact will greatly enhance redevelopment of the area.
