The Subdivi~ion Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code sets a fifty (50) day t;ime.restriction on Planning Commission processing of Tentative-Maps ,and a thirty (30) day time limit for 'City Council action. The fee for a condominium conversion sball be paid prior to the ~ssuance of a condominium conversion permit as provided in Chapter 21.47 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
