Dear Mr. Rico:
After inspecting the dwelling on the above-mentioned property, the following
items shall be complied with prior to final occupancy of the dwelling at the new
location:
1. Replace all wood casement windows with aluminum type frames.
2. Replace all galvanized water piping.
3. Ground all electric receptacles and change out two plug type to three
prong receptacles.
4. All open splices shall be within a junction box.
5. Install an electrical receptacle in the bathroom and also an exterior
receptacle equipped with G.F.F. system.
6. Replace water heater.
7. Submit a complete set of plans for plan check.
Other items of approval will be called for at plan check by other departments.
Your immediate attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.
