dQeS hereby grant to, Tony and Patricia Baihaghy its successors and assigns, the following described
temporary construction easement.
Purpose: The easement is granted fQr the following purposes: the grading, erosion controi slope
stabilization, over excavation, re-compaction, access and construction, and all activities necessary to
grade, control erosion, stabilize sfopes, excavate, re-compact and construct a temporary construction
easement.
The construction easement shall expire pursuant to the terms described herein.

The uses described herein shall be exclusive to the Grantee and to other agencies and entities
designated in writing by Grantee.
TEMPORARY CONSTUCTION EASEMENT: The easement granted herein shall be located
within and upon the properties more particularly described in Exhibits ''A" and "B'' attached hereto and
by thi~ reference made a part hereof. The easement granted herein shall terminate upon the completion of
necessary work requiring the easement or December 31, 2.006 whichever comes first.
