I declare that I have examined the information for the above project
as submitted by the applicant, and on the basis of the Environmental
Impact Assessment questionnaire on file in my office as a public documents
it is my determination that this project will not have any significant
impact upon the environment within the meaning of the California
Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and the Environmental Prtection
Ordinance of 1972 for the following reasons
1 The grading proposed is minimal, 1830 cubic yards over the entire area -
2 The change in natural topography will not be significant. The proposed -
grading will cause no drainage problems
3.. The property contains no structures, significant vegetation, or unique F
natural features that would be impacted
4. City Departments have required safety-features be incorporated into the
grading plan for the driveways
The Environmental Impact Assessment will be available for public
review .and comment for five working days after date of publication,
