Impact Assessment questionnaire on file in my office as a public document,
it is my determination that this project will not have any significant
impact upon the environment within the meaning of the Califo:rnia
Environmental Quality Act.of 1970 and the Environmental Pro:.tection
Ordinance of 1972 for the following reasons: . . . .
