The subject site was most recently subdivided per City of Carlsbad Tract No. 81-10
(Map 10330). The required subdivision improvements have been constructed (i.e,
Streets,utilities, Drainage Facilities, Parkway Landscaping, etc.). The site has
been rough graded at gradients to provide surface drainage, with a maximum slope ratio
,of 2 horizontal to 1 vertical.
Describe energy conservation measures incorporated into the design
and/or o:-ration of the project.
The project shall comply with Title 24 energy regulations of the City of Carlsbad
Municipal Code. A reduction in energy comsutnption is anticipated through the use
of additional methods, such as the installation Of energy efficient air conditioning/
heating equipment.
