Adequate provisions shall be made for erosion and siltation

All slopes shall be planted per City Code.

density unless noted otherwise.

On the basis of this initial evaluation
I find the proposed project COULD NOT have a, Significant
'Neffect on the environment, and a NEGATIVE DECLARATION will
beprepared.
- I find that although the proposed Project could have a

a significant effect in this case because the mitigation
measures described on an attached sheet have been added

We have inspected the grading for lots or phase /-QJ6C.7
of the above mentioned project. In addition, we have received rowih
grading certification from iiV i1'E,i4

Engineer, dated 6,13/8(' , and from 19t/
the Supervising Grading Engineer, dated 613 and are satis-
fied that the rough grading has been completed in accordance with City
standards.
Based on these certifications and our observation, we take no exception to
the issuance of a building permit for lots 47 or phase
of project LA (-b sm I,4I.E iJyir 3 - from a grading
standpoint. This release, however, is not intended to certify the project
from other engineering concerns including site development, water or sewer
availability-,..or final grading.
Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, we need to be advised
so that we can verify that final arading and landscaping has been complet-
ed in accordance with the approved plans for the project.
