In accordance with your, request,"' construction at' the Carlsbad Research
Center. Dam,, DWG 264-6A, - PE - 2..8~. 12 may be delayed until after the
.rainy season. We expect construction,. to begin in March or April 1989.
The desil-tatlion basin as shown on the grading plans -for 'Unit 3,' and 4,
_CT~ 85-24, 'must still be constructed or alternate 'erosion control facilities provided.. This should -be~ installed'prior to November 15, 1 988.
Your permit for PE 2.87.12 expires on March 31, 1989 Contact i e
for an extension of the permit prior to that time.
