Based on these certifications and our observation, we take no exception to the issuance of a building perm it for Lots 6, or Phase of project 2, 97. 4-11 from a grading standpoint. , This release, however, is not intended to certify the project from other engineering concerns including site development, water or sewer availa- bility, or final grading.
