We have inspected the.grading for lots '20 eic i~^rlfl-44 or phase
of the above menti.oned project. In addition, we have received rough grading
certification from -S7,!:*0e4& the Soils Engineer,
dated Awmno and from Aw:j!t e /)&M
the Supervision Grading Engineer, dated 'J i4t 1!1 and are satisfied
that the rough grading has been completed in accordance with City standards.
Based on these certifications and our observation, we take no -exception to the
issuance of a building permit for lots 2VyiC i7W-4110or phase of
project 17, 97, 2 .197, &—A from a grading
standpoint. This release, however, is not intended to certify the project from
other engineering concerns including _. site development, water or seWer
availability, or final grading.
Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, we need to be advised so
that we can verify that final grading and landscaping has been completed in
accordance with the approved plans for the project.
