All grading and erosion control work shall be done in accordance with
City Ordinances,,
Authorized hours of operation: 7:00 a.m. to Sunset, Monday through
Friday, excluding city recognized holidays.
q. Grading work shall not commence until.after the pre-construction
conference has been held with the City Inspector
All 6ff-site haul routes.require separate approval by the City Engineer
A right-of-way permit is required for all work done in the city right-of-
way.,

We have inspected the grading for Lots or Phase
of the above mentioned project. In addition, we- have received rough ~grading
certification f rom the Soi.ls Engineer,
dated and from
tile Supervision Grading Engineer; dated _2 3 /-9jj? and are satisfied
that the rough grading has been completed in accordance with City Standards.
Based on these certifications and our observation, we take no exception to the
issuance. of a building permit for Lots or Phase of
project C-A 6-ut,,4 from a grading
standpoint. This release, however, is not intended to certify the.project from
other engineering concerns including site development, water or, sewer availa-
bility, or final grading.
We will need to be advised prior to 'the issuance of a Certificate of Oc cupancy
so that we can verify that final grading' and landscaping has been completed
in accordance with the approved plans for the project.
