We have inspected the grading for Loq I C__r 61~ or Phase-
of the above mentioned project.. In addition, we have received rough grading
certification from E Lee_-~, 64/- 6eo the Soils Engineer,
dated 5ee..17, _qo, and' from
the, Supervision Grading Engineer, dated 41,t2g, ZYYd , and are satisfied
that the rough grading has been completed, in accordance with City Standards.
Based on these. certifications and our observation, we take, no exception to the
issuance of a building permit for Lot,# or Phase of
project C-~, ~9,9. from a grading
standpoint. This release, however, is not intended to certify the project from
other engineering concerns including site development, water or sewer availa-
biliiy, or final grading.
We,.will need to be advised prio,r to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy
so that we can verify that final grading and landscaping has been completed
in accordance with the approved plans 'for the project.
