Construction of.this project will require 65,37 cubic yards of grading per acre. -7- IV. DETERMINATION (To Be Completed By.The Planning Department) On the basis of this initial evaluation: I find the proposed project COULD NOT have a significant effect on the environmeni, and a NEGATIVE DECLARATION will be prepared. I findthat alth ' ough the proposed project could have a significant effect on the environment, there will not be a significant effect in this case because the mitigation measures described on an attached sheet have been added to theproject..
