General Permit Requirements:
All grading and erosion control work shall be done in accordance with
City Ordinances,
Authorized hours of operation: 7:00 am. to Sunset, Monday through
Friday, excluding city recognized holidays.
Grading work shall not commence until after the pre-construction
conference has been held with the City Inspector
All off-site haul routes require separate approval by the City Engineer
A right-of-way permit is required for all work done in the city right-of-
way.

NOTICE OF ACCEPTABILITY
Project Name/Description: 1-2'" Water Line \Relocation

The Carlsbad Municipal Water District has inspected the water
system improvements in the subject project and finds the work to
be satisfactorily completed in conformance with the plans and
specifications. If the balance of the work is acceptable to the
City of Carlsbad, the District will concur in final acceptance of
the project. Upon final accounting review by the District, the
exoneration of bonds, etc. may take place.
Remarks:
The owner/developer is (_) is not (2x) required to file an Offer
and Acceptance document for execution by the District's Board of
Director's. Balance due District -0- for plan
checking, engineering inspection and administration of project.
