General Permit Requirements:
All grading and erosion control work shall be done in accordance with
City Ordinances,
Authorized hours of operation: 7:00 a.m. to Sunset, Monday through
Friday, excluding city recognized holidays.
Grading work shall not commence until after the pre-construction
conference has been held with the City Inspector
All off-site haul routes require separate approval by the City Engineer
A right-of-way permit is required for all work done in the city right-of-
way.
Special Requirements:
Under City Code Sec. 11:06.170 this grading is:

of the above mentioned project. In addition, we have received rough grading
certification from OSO/AS - , the Soils Engineer, -

that the rough grading has been completed in accordance with City Standards.
Based on these certifications and. our observation, we take no exception to the
issuance of a building permit for Lots 70 of

Standpoint. This release, however, is not intended to certify the project from
other- engineering concerns including site development, water or sewer availa-
bility, or final grading.
