General Permit Requirements:
All grading and erosion control work shall be done in accordance with
City Ordinances,
Authorized hours of operation: 7:00 a.m. to Sunset, Monday through
Friday, excluding city recognized holidays.
Grading work shall not commence until after the pre-construction
conference has been held with the City Inspector
All off-site haul routes require separate approval by the City Engineer
A right-of-way permit is required for all work done in the city right-of-
way.
Special Requirements:
Under City Code Sec. 11.06.170 this grading is:

coordinate tests and make reports
