We have inspected the grading for Lott 2 2 Hr ///34 o
of the above mentioned project. In addition, we have received rough grading
certification from (J 'p , the Soils Engineer,
dated f99 and from S.
the Supervision Grading Engineer, dated Jkw,,2, f99 , and are satisfied
that the rough grading has, been completed in accordance with City Standards.
Based on these certifications and out- observation, we take no exception to the
issuance of a building permit for Lot/ 32 p /1/31 or PI — of
project e, 2 9/, 4 , ; from a grading
standpoint. This release, however, is not intended to certify the project from
other enineering concerns including site development, water or sewer availa-
bility, or final grading.
'Ne will need to be advised prior to Ah6 issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy
so that we can vri fy that final grading and landscaping has been completed
in accordance with the approved plans for the project.
