We have inspected the grading for Lots __3 14 or Phase
of the above mentioned project. 1n addition, we have received rough grading certif ication

dated Jg.g2 ' , and are satisfied that the rough grading has been completed in' •
accordance with City Standards
. Based on these certifications and our observation, we take no exception to the issuance
" of a building permit for Lots13H MAP 1 1/614 or Phase of project
R&Icomaa VIA from a grading standpoint. This release, however, is
not, intended to certify the project from other engineering concerns including site
development, water or sewer. availability, or final grading.
We will need to be advised prior to the issuance of a Certificate of' Occupancy so that we
can verify, that final grading and landscaping has been completed in accordance with thé
approved plans for the project.
