The proposed building will be constructed upon an existing graded lot
in the Carlsbad Research Center.
The site will remain ,ssentially the same, no natural landscape areas
are affected. The proposed building complies with the Carlsbad Research
Center Specific Guidelines for use at this location.

Warehousing includes storage of golfing related items such as: golf bags and clubs, and the
packaging for shipping. There are twelve (12) shipping and receiving truck doors in a covered
trucking area. . V
The offices are used to support the distribution and warehousing activities. The second floor
(6,000 s.f.) of office area will be left vacant at this time. V
