Dear Sir or Madame:
The Carlsbad Airport Centre Owners Association’s Architectural Review
Committee has reviewed and approved the plans for Lot 49. Owner will
provide signage plans to CACOA prior to placement of any signs on the Lot.
Therefore, the plans received do conform to the development standards as
specified in the CCGR’s and CACOA’S Architectural Guidelines.
