SUBJECT: PIP 02-03 - COMPLIANCE WITH PALOMAR AIRPORT C.L.U.P.
Planned Industrial Permit PIP 02-03 is enclosed for your review. This project is a
request to develop five office buildings at a vacant lot. The overall subject site is
4.02 acres in size and proposed total gross building area will be 48,982 square
feet. The project falls outside the 60 CNEL noise contour within the Palomar
Airport influence area. The project is located at the northeast corner of Corte Del
Nogal and Camino Vida Roble and is approximately 2000 feet south of the Airport.
Your written comments concerning the project's conformance with Palomar
Airport's Comprehensive Land Use Plan, along with other factors that would assure
compatibility with airport operations, are appreciated. It would be helpful if
comments are received by May 27, 2002.
