Mr. Sakahara, I have only two questions/ comments on the newest version of plans:
1. Show how high the retaining wall is along the front and street side
yard.
2. The new 5' sidewalk goes around the SDG&E right of way, please
write on the site plan "5' sidewalk easement" only for the portion which
is going behind the SDG&E. Engineering has also sent out a redlined
plan to the applicant.
