SUBJECT: PIP 02-03 Carlsbad Office Park
Dear Ms. Qureshy:
Thank you for submitting the proposal of the Boureston Development for the Carlsbad Office Park
to the Airport Land Use Commission (ALUC) for review. The project proposes to construct office
buildings south of McClellan-Palomar Airport.
The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority, as the Airport Land Use Commission,
determines that:
The Carlsbad Office Park, APN #2130-061-25, is located outside the 60 CNEL zone, but
it is located within the Airport Influence Area of McClellan-Palomar Airport. The
developer should be notified of the location of the property within the Airport Influence
Area and may be impacted by noise.
A copy of the applicable section of the CLUP is enclosed with a map of the Airport Influence Area.
Thank you for informing us of your project. If you have any questions about the content of this
letter, please contact Nan Valerio at nva@sandaq.orq, or by phone at (619) 595-5365.
Sincerelv,
